I Am In My Positive Place. I Know This For Several Reasons.

I am sitting here in my positive place.  I know this for several reasons.  It just dawned on me that I hear the inner sound roaring.  The inner sound is the OM vibration.  When I hear it, I feel so good. The great masters will tell you that you can hear the Universal vibration when you are in touch.  I have found that you can hear it when you have somehow slipped into the eternal place.  During such times, all worries have gone. The outside world is not as important, and all of the sudden there is a ringing or humming in the silence.

I am sitting here in my positive place.  I know this for several reasons. While sitting here I can barely feel my body.  It’s like the rest of the world has gone away.  I was thinking about what it’s like being on the beam, while reading poetry and remembering beautiful times. And then, wow no more worries! I guess I got lost in the moment.  What can I say. I litterally feel like I am floating as I sit on my wonderful coach.

I am sitting here in my postitve place.  I know this for several reasons. I am  reading, writing, reflecting, with no thoughts of accomplishing, not knocking accomplishing, but right now there are no concerns. I feel like there is no other place, yet I am at peace with all places. How can this be? I feel like I am one with the grass, one with the trees, one with the meadow, and all will be ok.  There is no need to prove, no need to act, not in this moment, and it feels like forever. I am so alive, here in my thoughts, I can travel any place in my mind.  I feel so good.

I am sitting here in my positive place, realizing that soon I will have to physically leave where I am and get up.  My only thought is that I must take this place with me and carry it where ever I go.  I must walk in peace. I must walk in love. I must take more time to sit in silence and know all is well.

Seeking Out My People, The Ones Who Help Me Shine (Today’s Poetry)

Time to seek out my people.

Those who think and move like me.

These are the ones who help me shine.

And remind me who I really am.

Sometimes we find ourselves in the realm.

Of those who are not best for us.

This is not a slight on them.

We must be with those who travel our way.

The way to where we want to be.

The way to who we really are.

The way to the land where we belong.

When we stick with these souls we are free.

Do Your Best And Leave The Rest (The Next 30 Days)

The more we progress on the spiritual path the more we realize that for every step we take to accomplish our goals, God and the Universe will take two. This can be tested and proven in our world. For this reason the great ones throughout time have employed us to simply do our best and not worry about the outcome, especially if the situation looks very difficult.

If we are truly and sincerely doing our best in our endevours, and don’t look back, just keep working on the task, without fear or worry, the Universe will step in and bring just the right people, ideas, and circumstances into play to help us along.

Doing our best not only includes all our outside efforts along the way to our goal, it also refers to going within and meditating and keeping our mind on the magic and beauty of this world. This part of doing our best helps us to move beyond our ego based thoughts ideas and methods. It also helps us experience more peace in order to allow the rest, the providence, divine action to occur.

Tools For Happiness During These Times

In this weeks video Craig shares tools and ideas for finding happiness right here, right now, even in the midst of this coronavirus which seems to be all around us eveywhere.

One Day You Are Going To Look Back And See That Whole Building Surounded In Light! (from The Next 30 Days)

My teacher Ambrister would sometimes talk about how one day when he stepped outside his teacher Dr. Thind’s meditation class, he looked back, and to his surprise the whole building was surounded by light. As he would tell the story I could almost see him having the experience. One day when we were talking he said to me, Craig “One day when you are at your place, you are going to look back and see that whole building surounded in light!” At the time I owned a metaphysical bookstore. It was also the place where I taught meditation classes. It surprised me that he said this to me. After all, I was just me, not Dr. Mr. Ambrister and not Dr. Thind. But at times he would say things like this, and even compare me to himself, and his teacher Dr. Thind.

One day as I was leaving the building I happened to look back as I drove off. I could not believe what I was seeing. I saw a white light around the whole building. It was an overcast day and the building was a block long. And to my surprise, there was a light around the whole building for the one block. This light was no where else to be found nearby. I drove back and forth up and down the street looking in disbelief. I rushed to Mr. Ambrister to tell him. He replied. “That is the Aura from you and the work you are doing.”

I have learned over the years to never underestimate the beauty and spiritual heights that can be achieved from meditating and doing what the Universe and God lead you to do.

My Best Friend Is The Universe

My best friend is the is the Universe.

Like my road dog, we hang all the time.

Or like my girl who I just can’t leave.

When I meet a new one, its her on my mind.

It’s like Mom and Dad, It tells me what to do.

And like my Guru who surely leads the way.

Always right there with the right answers.

She is so cool, she gives me what I need.

And what I want when I show her attention.

How can I forget a friend like this?

In new situations I look for her face.

For now I know it’s there in the background.

To teach me new lessons and lead me along.

We are so close I think we are one.

So when people ask me, Why go within?

It’s to stay in touch and keep our connection.

The Greatest Meditation Masters Are Barely Here (Today’s Poetry)

The greatest meditation masters are barely here.

Being barely here, there is no time for the dumb stuff.

Focusing on dumb stuff is the cause of great misery

Who wants to multiply what they don’t like?

I swear that those great ones are almost not here.

Being half way gone, they hear the great music.

The great music is a melody playing

that you can’t hear when your mind is running.

You know those great ones barely touch the earth.

And when they do it’s just for a second.

Who has time for cares and worries

when there’s a yoga breath above all of this?

It seems these great giants get so much done.

They allow things to happen and get out the way.

So much can happen when your mind is on Heaven.

They get their instructions and move right away!

The More I Meditate The More I Am Connected. Why Would I Look For Anything Else? (Poetry)

The more I meditate the more I am at one.

The more I focus the more I am at peace.

The more I go within the more I am connected.

The more I contemplate the more beautiful the world.

Why do I meditate? To know which way to go.

Where do I go? Where the great light tells me.

What proves my connection? The magical ways things come together.

Who is my best friend? The one who orchestrates it all.

So maybe I should meditate more to have more answers.

Perhaps I should contemplate what I love and watch it multiply.

What if my destiny and true calling lies within?

What if my perfect route can be easily seen?

What if when I see it The Universe is with me?

And what if what I need magically shows up?

If it has happened before, I know God is with me.

Why would I look for anything else?

New Life

The Universe is designed in a such a way that we are constantly being inspired, urged or pushed to new life and higher ways of being and expression. These promptings can show up in our lives in many ways. It can be in the form of dreams, ideas, situations, and challenges or problems. But the idea is always the same, to move us to the new life the higher ground and understanding. If we can see or feel the new life and make the changes, life once again becomes incredible, with wonderful new situations, and our connection feels miraculous.

When the process of the inspiring and prompting begins to occur, the question at hand is, Are we going to be open to the new even more wonderful life now, and make the needed changes while it may look far off and vague or are we going to have to be pushed more?

Peace and Blessings
