Going deep in meditation is not enough. We should be in complete enjoyment all the time. When we are not its because we have lost the vision of the Father, and the mystical consciousness. This occurs when we go back to trying to be in a comfortable place, rather than being caught up in the adventure with all its lessons and growth at every turn. We often hear about how the gyms are packed just after the new year and how soon afterwards it all wears off. No more packed gyms. Over the years I have learned that most of us think about making some sort of new start around the new year, whether we officially make a commitment or not. I am no different. I personally think it is a great thing to think about self improvement, moving to the next level or finally living the life of your dreams.
