Apparel & The PGC Guarantee
- What is the 60-Day Positive Guru Guarantee? We are so confident our gear will help you CONNECT AND GET INTO THE CULTURE that we offer a 60-day guarantee. If you genuinely feel the apparel did not help you LIVE THE CULTURE, you may return the worn, washed item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping). See the Guarantee page for full terms.
- Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This helps us keep our prices affordable and helps to ensure that only genuinely unsatisfied customers are sending items back.
- How many items can I return under the 60 Day Guarantee? Our 60 Day Guarantee is limited to three (3) apparel items per customer over the lifetime of their account to prevent abuse. All other items fall under our standard 30-day return policy (unworn, with tags).

- How do I start the 30 Day Challenge? You need one of two things: The 30 Days of Enlightenment Challenge Book (your Daily Oracle) and, or The Commitment Wristband (your accountability anchor). You can purchase the Band directly here and the Book on Amazon.
Shipping & Orders
- Where is my 30 Days Book being shipped from?The 30 Days of Enlightenment Book is fulfilled directly through Amazon for the fastest, most reliable delivery. The Wristbands are shipped from our Headquarters in Michigan. Our Apparel and other items are shipped directly from the PGC warehouse. You will receive separate tracking numbers.
- How long does standard shipping take? Shipping generally takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the items being shipped.
