Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned within 60 days of delivery and must be unworn beyond normal try-on, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.

The 60-Day Frequency Guarantee provides an exchange or 100% store credit and does not include a refund to the original form of payment.
