Tuesday Positivity. . .You Should Be Meditating All Day Long. (The Next 30 Days)

It was a very tough time in my life. I was in a failing marriage. I was afraid for my family and my children, and it was affecting my business. I spoke to my teacher about the situation, and I could not believe his answer. He told me that I needed to meditate more. I explained to him that I meditate atleast twice a day and have a metaphysical bookstore where I meet and talk with people about the meditative life often. His reply was “Sonny when you have the kind of problems you have, you should be meditating all day long.”

There are times in life when we need to step up our spiritual and meditative game. As a matter of fact, quite often the difficult situations are occurring just so we can do so.  Even when things are not as challenging, if we have a goal or dream that we would like to move into and experience it is the same concept. The next place where we are to go and who we are to become, tends to require more growth before we get there.

When we do such positive things like meditate more often, chant our mantra throughout the day, read more uplifting material, and change the company we keep, we are surprised by how much strength, grace and wisdom we have.  Also, it is not uncommon for us to see miracles arrive in our life during this process.

When I put Mr. Ambrister’s advice into practice and meditated more, I walked through an unbelievably tough time with more strength and grace than I could have ever imagined. People around me were truly amazed at how well I handled the situation. To tell you the truth, I was amazed also, both with myself and the incredible ways the Universe took care of me and those I love.

I love discovering the mysteries of God and The Universe. My goal is to allow as much of the infinite to come through as freely as possible as I live my life as a father, husband, son, brother friend, meditation teacher, writer, and business owner. I teach meditation, interpret dreams, write, and try to share as much as I learn along the way as possible.
