Today’s Positive Poetry (This is the Heavenly moment)

This is the Heavenly moment

Think of it as that and embrace  all that it has to offer

Move into it, be thankful for it and enjoy

Know that it is perfect and things are happening in ways that you can’t yet even see

Be here fully

Do not try to be any place else

You are always in the place to be

Look for the joy, look for the magic

Address any challenges that present themselves

knowing there is a magic within you when you address and let go

Remind yourself that tomorrow will be even more beautiful because of your visions today

Today’s Positive Reminder (Thoughts are Things)

This morning my 7-year-old my son Jordan came running in the room yelling “Dad my dream came true”.   I got him to calm down enough to where I could understand what he was saying.  Then he told me that a couple of years ago he had a dream about a Lego theme park and now it has come true.  He saw a commercial on television for a Lego theme park.  I then asked him had he seen it on T.V. first.  He was insistent that he saw it in a dream years ago.  He was also sure he had not seen the commercial before the dream.

For me this was right on time, and a reminder that our thoughts are not just thoughts they are out there in the Universe and they are real.  Taking this into consideration we should be careful of what we dwell upon and make sure our thoughts are of a positive nature.  The more we dwell upon them the faster they arrive in our world.  Just a reminder.

Peace and Blessings,

Craig

Today’s Positive Thought (Ask yourself, What do you think the world needs to see?)

I saw Oprah Winfrey in an interview with the cast for the movie The Butler.  She said something that was very interesting.  She said that some time ago she came to the conclusion that she did not plan on acting any more and was hesitant about taking the role.  Oprah said that what made her decide to take the role as the wife in the upcoming movie, was that she felt that the world needed to see a middle class African-American family in a drama on-screen.  As she pointed out you do not see this very often.  She also pointed out other attributes that she felt that the world needed to see brought out by this character in the film.

As I watched her talk I thought to myself what is it that I want the world to see?  What part do I need to play on the big screen of life in order for it to be seen?  What is it that I want my children to see to be inspired to live the best life that they can?  What is my new movie and role going to look like?

Don’t be mistaken, we are all playing a part and it is being watched by the world.  Some of our parts are being played marvelously and serve as an inspiration to others.  .  Some of our parts may not be so interesting.  Some of us have played great roles but now it is time for another.  It is up to us what part we are to play.  If we pay attention to our hearts and intuitions we will be contacted and asked to play the role of a lifetime.  If we are still here it is not too late.

This is my question to you.  What is it that you feel the world needs to see from you?  Are you willing to do what it is you have to do to play that role?

Being Magically in Touch With the Universe

During an interview with the cast of the new movie The Butler.  Forest Whitaker began to describe an experience he had during the time period of filming the movie.  He spoke about being in a blue realm where time did not exist.  He kept referring to the blue color of where he was and how wonderful it was.  To some it may have sounded quite weird, but I was so surprised and excited I could barely sit as he spoke.  This experience he spoke of was no make-believe thing.  The ancient meditation masters would say that he was in the realm of the thousand pedaled lotus or Sahanswal Kanwal.  I would simply say that he was deep in the zone.  And the blue color he spoke of is very distinct to that region.

During high meditation experiences or even times when we are truly in the zone, we can visit such states.  The more you embrace and get into the moment and lose yourself in your adventure, the more likely it is you will have such an experience.

During these times you can have the experience of not even feeling your body, or hearing the Om vibration so loud you feel like you are surrounded by it.  At times you may see light emitting from people and objects in the room.  The grass and trees may be more green and almost vibrating.  Sometimes you can close your eyes and travel to other places in your mind in an instant.  This is nothing strange.  These are the byproducts of being deeply in-touch and in the moment.  It is also the Universe’s way of letting you know that there is much more to this life and this world than we may usually think.

Today’s Positive Poetry (On not striving and doing nothing.)

English: Morning mist on Lake Mapourika, New Z...

The ancients say that you can become master of the universe without striving.

I say that everything you could wish for is already accomplished, this is the Heavenly moment.

The ancients say that “I do nothing and the people are reformed”.

I say that if you allow things to happen and know the universe works in your favor, there is no need to force anything.

Not striving and doing nothing is the secret of the ages.

How does one not strive and master the world?

Strive for the inner path and let go the outer worldly results.

Move on your life’s missions  like they matter more than anything, but don’t be concerned about the outcome.

How does one do nothing and see miracles?

Meditate, pray, and and keep an eye out for the signs.

Then do what the Universe tells you to do and let the rest take care of itself.

What comes next will be incredible.

How can one know if this is true?

There is only one sure way to find out.

Craig answers a question on meditation and headaches

Question: I know the idea is to get to the point where my attention is on the seventh chakra and I understand that this is the higher one but I notice that when I meditate on the 6th chackra or the eyebrow center I have great meditations and feel great after the meditations.  When I meditate on the seventh chackra on top of the head, I seem to have headaches afterwards.  It’s also easier to meditate on the sixth.  What’s up with this?

Craig’s answer: The headaches are  most likely coming from looking with your eyes to the top of the head.  When focusing on seventh center, imagine that your whole being is there but do not look with the eyes.  Even though your eyes may be closed it is easy to still look with the eyes when focusing.  If you can do it without looking, the experience will be much more pleasurable without the headaches.  But the truth of the matter is if you effectively focus on the sixth force center or the eyebrow center your attention will automatically move to the top of the head anyway.
