You have something you want to do or maybe somewhere you want to go. It can be with your job, business or relationships. Let’s say you really want to get there, but it is not happening as quickly as you would like. I have learned time and time again that one of the best things you can do is to let go of having to be there or have things happen the way you think they need to. Our minds get so locked on things having to be a certain way, that we can’t see other ways of getting there or better possibilities. I have also found that the moment I let go just a little, it seems like that’s when clarity comes, and all kinds of ideas come my way.
Just recently I could not even sleep because I had a project on my mind and had no way of how to get it accomplished. Finally I told myself I had to let go of it turning out any particular way, and just do what God wants me to do, whatever that is. To my surprise, I instantly got an idea on how to move forward with the project. The idea was so simple I could not believe I had not thought of it before. Some times we need to just let go in order to move forward.
This is perfect for me to hear now. I am trying to let go of waiting for a response on some writing of mine. Il et is go for a few days, then it pops back into mind that I haven’t recievbed a responce that was due tow months ago and I realize, I haven’t let go yet. I guess sometimes we have to keep letting go.
I have that same experience with your blog. I will seem to have been thinking about or experiencing the same thing I am reading at the time. And I agree we so have to keep letting go, very often. The more we do, the more peace we have and the more positive we seem to attract.
